In order to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights, we will support and comply.

Declaration of Human Rights Management by Binggrae Co., Ltd.

All employees of Binggrae Co., Ltd. recognize that as messengers who share health and happiness, we ought to put respect for human rights above any other value as a universal value for humankind and that it is a philosophy that we aim to fulfill through our business activities. In addition, we also recognize that fulfilling corporate social responsibility is not just a gracious act that a company can choose to perform but is rather a noble duty as a member of the social community.

In order to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights, we will support and comply with the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact and the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Furthermore, we are also committed to supporting the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights as set forth by the UN Human Rights Council, and in order to comply with those principles, we will run a human rights management system that includes assessment and improvement activities as well as monitoring, internal and external communication, grievance handling and remedy procedures.

01 Protection of the Human Rights of Members
First, we create a safe and pleasant working environment to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
We perform assessment and provide compensation according to fair standards and offer opportunities for self-development so that our employees can improve their work capabilities.
We continuously improve our working conditions to realize “work-life balance” for our employees.
We respect diversity and prohibit any discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, region of origin, and so on.
02 Protection of the Human Rights of Customers
Second, we do our best to develop healthy and safe food as messengers who share health and happiness.
When providing products and services, all employees of Binggrae give top priority to protecting the lives and health of customers and take the best actions to protect personal information collected through business activities.
We respect diversity and prohibit any discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, region of origin, and so on.
03 Protection of the Human Rights of Business Partners
Third, in a bid to achieve win-win growth, we also strive to comply with the ILO's recommendations in respect of our business partners with whom we are in cooperative or transactional relationships and cooperate so that our practical capabilities can be doubled in this regard.
We strive to grow together and coexist with our business partners through fair and transparent transactions.
We do not engage in unfair or illicit transactions using a position of superiority.
04 Prevention of the Potential Risks of Violating Human Rights in the Course of Business Activities
Fourth, we recognize the potential risks of violating human rights that may occur in the course of business activities and take the best proactive actions to ensure their prevention.
We do our best to ensure that there are no human rights violations in the area of ethics, which requires the protection of personal information, quality control, protection of intellectual property rights, compliance with fair trade, transparency of information disclosure, and so on.
We ensure that there are no violations of human rights in the areas of employment and labor, such as workplace harassment, forced labor, child labor, violations of social diversity, and violations of freedom of association.
We strive to ensure that there are no violations of domestic and/or foreign environmental laws together with no environmental pollution factors.
